Daintree Rainforest Information. This site is made by people who take tours through the Daintree Rainforest in Queensland, Australia. They give some useful information about Australian rainforest plants and animals.
Explore an Australian Rainforest This site from the ABC gives information about the layers in a temperate rainforest, as well as the kinds of animals to be seen.
Kidcyber is a site made for children. It has information about many things. This page explains the difference between temperate and tropical rainforests and the layers of the rainforest. There is a second page about the damage that people are doing to rainforests. Kidcyber also has information about animals, but be careful! Not all of the animals live in a rainforest.

Simple English Wikipedia is written for children and people who are not experts. It has shorter articles and is easier to read and understand.
